You can easily delete your account from within the Podium AI application:

When the account deletion process is complete, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, body measurements, preferences)
• Your wardrobe photos and clothing data
• Your style analysis results and outfit scores
• Virtual try-on images
• Your AI chat history
• Your outfit recommendation history
• Your subscription information (excluding RevenueCat records)
• Saved items and favorites

5. Exceptions

The following data may be retained due to legal obligations:

• Payment transaction records (for tax regulations)
• Fraud prevention records
• Documents related to legal proceedings

This data is retained only for the legally required retention period, and personally identifiable information is anonymized.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. However, you can create a new account with the same email address.

What happens to my subscription?

Account deletion does not automatically cancel your active subscription. You must separately cancel your subscription through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

What happens to my wardrobe photos?

All wardrobe photos, including AI-generated descriptions and categorizations, will be permanently deleted.

What happens to my purchase records on Google/Apple?

Purchase records on Google Play Store and Apple App Store are subject to those platforms' own policies and are not affected by Podium AI account deletion.
